 Mike Loftin, CAI
Exclusively and full-time in
the auction business since 1973, Mike Loftin enjoys a breadth of experience
from almost every conceivable type of auction. Representing clients
from lenders to government agencies, from courts to trustees, from Fortune
500 corporations to individuals, he has managed, joint ventured and
consulted with major auction firms across the country. He is seasoned by
over twelve hundred auctions including office buildings, industrial parks,
investment properties, luxury homes, large acreage tracts, farms and resort
properties in twenty-four states, Washington D.C. and one United States
territory over the past quarter century. He joined RE/MAX Group Auctioneers
in 1998; he is a licensed auctioneer and real estate broker throughout the
Southeast. |

 Fred Bishop
A native Atlantan, Fred Bishop is a Vietnam veteran
and holds an Arts & Science degree from Clayton State College as
well as a degree in Business from Georgia State University. Fred has
been active in the real estate business for over 20 years in General
Contracting and Sales. He joined the RE/MAX sales force in 1991. He
is a member of the Georgia Association of Realtors as well as the
Georgia Auctioneers Association in 1995. Fred received his Colonel
designation from Nashville Auction School in 1994 and soon
thereafter joined RE/MAX Group Auctioneers.
Fred owns and operates F. W. Bishop & Associates Auction Company in
South Metro Atlanta which specializes in antiques and estate-type
auctions. |

 Bill Borden,
CAI
William "Bill" Borden combines a life long interest
in real estate with his love of the auction industry. He is
originally from Bowling Green, Kentucky where he was raised in a
real estate and auction family. Bill conducted his first charity
auction at the age of fourteen and received his first Auctioneers
License at age 18. Bill's under-graduate degrees are in real estate
and business from Western Kentucky University. Bill earned his
Doctorate of Jurisprudence in 1993 from John Marshall Law School in
Atlanta. |

 Johnny Cobb
Johnny Cobb has an extensive 20
plus year career in the real estate business - from brokerage to
residential and commercial construction to development. Cobb has
been exclusively in the auction business since 1995 and specializes
in residential and commercial real estate auctions. Johnny is a 1973
University of Georgia graduate. In 1976 he received his auctioneer
and real estate broker license. |

 Shawn
Saylor
Shawn Saylor has resided in Fayette County for the past 28 years. He
is a licensed auctioneer that specializes in Commercial and
Residential properties. Shawn has a realtor license in Georgia,
Alabama and Florida. Shawn serves as a
Multi Million Dollar Club Member, Chamber of Commerce, Better
Business Bureau, Who's Who of Business Professionals and AGREE.

 Christi
Lawder, Auction Coordinator
Christi joined our team in 2003. She is originally from Ft. Worth
Texas, where she was in Human Resource for fifteen years. After
moving to Georgia in 1993, Christi attended Coosa Valley Technical
College. She received an Associate Degree in Web Design and
Microcomputer Specialist. She has numerous diplomas and certificates
in the Computer Information field. Please contact her with any
