Broker shall be deemed to earn a referral fee if all the following conditions have been met:
The referral fee will be 30% of the net buyers premium on
total commissions received by Auction Alliance/Loftin Auction after referrals are paid
to qualifying Buyer Broker, if any. On properties not currently listed the
referral fee will be 20%. A 10% buyer's premium is the standard commission and
applies to most auctions.
No more than one
referral per client will be recognized. All disputes or claims will be settled
by Auctioneer at Auctioneers discretion.
