Broker shall be deemed to earn a referral fee if all the following conditions have been met:

(1) Broker / Agent registers the above named Seller with RE/MAX Group Auctioneers and complies with Referring Agent's Responsibilities.

(2) Seller acknowledges Broker referral and is not previously registered with another Broker / Agent

(3) Broker / Agent is not acting as principal in this transaction,

(4) Seller complies with terms of Listing Agreement, terms and conditions of auction, and closes on the property.

The referral fee will be 30% of the buyers premium on total commissions received by RE/MAX Group Auctioneers after referrals are paid to qualifying Buyer Broker, if any.  On properties not currently listed the referral fee will be 20%. A 10% buyer's premium is the standard commission and applies to most auctions.
