Broker shall be deemed to earn a referral fee if all the following conditions have been met:

(1) Broker / Agent registers the above named Client via fax or email 48 hours prior to auction with RE/MAX Group Auctioneers,

(2) Client is not previously registered with another Broker / Agent

(3) Broker / Agent shows the property to Client prior to auction

(4) Broker / Agent attends the auction with Client

(5) Broker / Agent is not acting as principal in this transaction,

(6) Client complies with terms of Purchase and Sale Agreement, terms and conditions of auction, and closes on the property.

The referral fee on an offer submitted through RE/MAX Group Auctioneers and accepted prior to the auction will be 40% of the buyers premium received as commission by RE/MAX Group Auctioneers. The referral fee at the auction will be 15% of the buyers premium received as commission by RE/MAX Group Auctioneers or 2.5% of the written opening bid submitted on this form, whichever is greater. A 10% buyers premium is the standard commission and applies to most auctions. Some properties require specific property Broker Referral forms which must be downloaded for that specific auction. The proper referral form will have property address and auction date pre-printed on the form.
