SALE SITE & DATE: Auction will be held on site,7458 GA Hwy. 85 (Just N. of GA Hwy. 138) Riverdale, GA; Thursday, November 10, 2011 at 10:00 am.

REGISTRATION: Although there is no obligation to bid, all prospective bidders must register.

PREVIEWS: 2 Hours prior to auction. 8-10 am, Thursday, November 10.

TERMS: Cash, guaranteed funds and wire transfer in full auction day. The first $500.00 of purchases must be paid in cash. Any amount of purchases greater than $500.00 may be paid by company or personal check with approved photo identification. Make checks payable to Auction Alliance. All sales are subject to applicable sales tax. A valid Certificate of Exemption, if applicable, must be filed at registration. 10% Buyer's premium will be added to final bid on all personal property.

OFFERING: Items will be sold piecemeal and/or in bulk trade lots at Auctioneers discretion. Auctioneer reserves the right to decide all questions on all bids, change the order of sale, sell or resell, bid or rebid, add or delete items at his discretion.

AUCTIONEERS NOTE: The Fayetteville store at 1030 Glynn Street North continues to offer the very best service and products possible to Lowe's many valued area customers. We have been commissioned to completely liquidate the remaining merchandise at the Riverdale location. 1000's of new items will be sold to the highest bidder at ABSOLUTE AUCTION.
