Although there is no obligation
to bid, all prospective bidders must register. TERMS: Cash, guaranteed funds and wire transfer in full auction day. Make checks payable to MacDonald Auction Company. All sales are subject to applicable sales tax. A valid Certificate of Exemption, if applicable, must be filed at registration. 10% Buyer's premium will be added to final bid on all personal property. OFFERING: Items will be sold piecemeal and/or in bulk trade lots at Auctioneers discretion. Auctioneer reserves the right to decide all questions on all bids, change the order of sale, sell or resell, bid or rebid, add or delete items at his discretion. WARRANTY: All information was derived from reliable sources and believed to be correct. No warranty or guarantee is intended or implied by Seller or Auctioneer. Items should be examined before you buy as no allowance will be make for any error in description. Everything sells "as is, where is." No returns. No refunds. All sales final.
